Welcome to the Useberry Affiliate Program (the “Program”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Program. By applying to or participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate,” “You,” “Your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not participate in the Program.
“Useberry,” “Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our” refers to Useberry User Testing Technologies IKE, a company registered in Greece with trade registry (GEMI) number 147139403000, VAT Number: EL801021580, headquartered at Kapodistriou 185, Athens, Greece.
Useberry provides a user testing platform and related services (the “Services”). Through the Program, Useberry offers Affiliates the opportunity to earn commissions by referring new paying customers to its Services, utilizing [PromoteKit or similar affiliate tracking platform] for tracking and payments.
“Affiliate Link”: A unique tracking link provided to You by Us, typically through [PromoteKit or similar affiliate tracking platform], for promoting the Services.
“Qualified Referral”: A new, unique customer who (i) clicks on Your Affiliate Link, (ii) successfully registers for and purchases a paid subscription to Our Services within 90 days of clicking the Affiliate Link, (iii) is not an existing or former customer of Useberry, (iv) maintains their initial paid subscription for at least 60 days (the “Initial Qualifying Period”), and (v) whose account is in good standing and not subject to refund or chargeback beyond Our standard refund period.
“Net Revenue”: The actual fees received by Us from a Qualified Referral for their first-year paid subscriptions/renewals to the Services, as applicable, less any taxes, refunds, chargebacks, discounts, or credits.
“Commission”: The fee payable to You for Qualified Referrals, as set out in Section 3.
“Affiliate Platform”: [Reditus or similar affiliate tracking platform] used by Us for managing the Program, tracking referrals, and processing Commission payments.
2. Enrollment and Participation
2.1. Enrollment: To become an Affiliate, You must complete Our affiliate program application, potentially through the Affiliate Platform, and be accepted by Us. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at Our sole discretion.
2.2. Promotion: You agree to use Your best efforts to promote Our Services in a lawful and ethical manner. You shall use the Affiliate Link provided through the Affiliate Platform.
2.3. Marketing Materials: We may provide You with approved marketing materials (e.g., logos, banners, text links), potentially through the Affiliate Platform (“Marketing Materials”). We grant You a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Marketing Materials solely for promoting Our Services under these Terms. You shall not alter or modify Marketing Materials without Our prior written consent.
2.4. Prohibited Activities: You shall not:
a) Use spam or unsolicited commercial email for promotion.
b) Make any false, misleading, or disparaging representations about Us or Our Services.
c) Engage in any illegal or unethical marketing activities.
d) Bid on keywords containing “Useberry” or any variations/misspellings thereof in any pay-per-click advertising campaigns without Our prior written consent.
e) Use the Affiliate Link for Your own purchases of Our Services.
